We are so glad you can join us for our first ever TRINITY CLASSIC 2021 Online Auction and Gala! We thought you may have some questions, so we created this guide.

1. Do I need to purchase a ticket to attend?
Registration is FREE but we encourage you to pre-register HERE

2. How do I register for the event?
Visit our Trinity Classic Online Bidding site HERE.

3. What are group events?
Group Events are gatherings of current parents, alumni parents, and alumni to share a meal, have some fun
or learn something new! If you are new to our school, these events are a great opportunity to get to know
some of the amazing people in our community. Many of these events sold out last year and we have some
great Group Event options this year, so sign up quickly. This year, all available Group Event spots will be
available beginning April 19 at NOON.

4. When do Group Events open?
Group Event sign-ups begin when bidding starts at NOON on April 19th. Group events spots go quickly so
you will want to be ready to bid!

5. What is the schedule? (All times listed are CST)

ONLINE BIDDING OPENS April 19

 STARTS MONDAY April 19 at NOON
CLOSES April 25 at 4:00 PM

VIEW TRINITY CLASSIC GALA PROGRAM on April 24
7:15 p.m. Pre- show
7:30 p.m. Program
Registered guests will receive a welcome email and text that will direct you to the online
bidding platform.

6. How do I watch the program?
We recommend having two devices: One to watch and one to bid!

YouTube Live Stream

• It is best to watch the program on a laptop/computer/tablet or your smart TV. You should
  also have your smartphone/tablet to be ready to bid and donate through our mobile bidding
  platform.
• Registered guests will receive a welcome email and text that will direct you to the online
  bidding platform. This is your PERSONAL BIDDING LINK – Do not share. Use the email or text link to begin bidding
• The program will be livestreamed on YouTube. A link to watch the program will be posted to
  the Event Website & sent to your email the day before the April 24th event.
